Tackle Football

Our junior tackle program is for athletes in grades 3 and 4, while our senior tackle program is for athletes in grades 5 and 6. Athletes will practice 4x/week (Monday-Thursday from 6-8pm) for the first two weeks of the season (begins August 17), and then switch to 2x/week in September (Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8pm). Games are played on Saturdays against other teams in the Capital District Youth Football League (CDYFL).

Co-Ed Flag Football

Our junior co-ed flag program is for athletes in grades 1 and 2, while our senior co-ed flag program is for athletes in grades 3 and 4. Athletes will practice 4x/week (Monday-Thursday from 6-7:15) for the first two weeks of the season (beginning August 17), and then switch to 2x/week in September (Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7:15pm). Games are played on Saturday mornings against other teams in the Capital District Youth Football League (CDYFL).

Girls' Flag Football

Our junior girls' flag program is for athletes in grades 3 and 4, while our senior girls' flag program is for athletes in grades 5 and 6. Our co-ed instructional flag program is for athletes in Pre-K/K, while our girls' instructional flag program is for athletes in K-2. Co-ed instructional flag runs for 6 weeks, 1x/week, beginning the first week of September. Girls' instructional flag will run for 6 weeks, 2x/week, also beginning the first week of September.
